With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated August 2001, product literature, leather wallet, fitted presentation box and outer packaging.

Reference 5110 was launched in 2000, much inspired by the celebrated reference 1415, Patek Philippe's first World Time watch introduced in the 1930s. Reference 5110 was replaced in 2006 by reference 5130.
