Of rectangular form, the surface painted in cobalt-blue and turquoise on white ground with a design based around a quatrefoil motif issuing four elegant flowerheads alternating with split palmettes, minor trefoil palmettes between, the spandrels with elegant arabesque reserved against cobalt-blue ground, chips to glaze, minor losses to corners, otherwise intact
