A life history of the British butterflies. [Dartford: privately printed,] 1906 [but 1908]. Vol. I (only, of 2?), 8° (223 x 145mm). 23 watercolour plates, title and 76pp. of letterpress text. (Occasional soiling, one plate with light spotting.) Stitched gatherings loose in the original buff printed wrappers (worn, splits to spine, some very light spotting and staining).
UNRECORDED. The wrapper is dated 1908 and calls for two volumes, although only the title for vol. I is present.
