本天平架碩大雄渾，用料上乘，色澤黝黑，沉穆雅靜，造工精良。兩依藏有一件十七世紀至十八世紀初紫檀天平架，尺寸比本架略小，見柯惕思(Curtis Evarts)《兩依藏》，卷三，香港，2007年，160頁。
