Bartholomew, Chinese Jades, Ming Dynasty to the Twentieth Century From the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco, p. 127, no. 109, where it is noted that such jade dishes were inspired by imperial monochrome porcelain examples created during the reigns of the Qing-dynasty Emperors Kangxi (1662-1722), Yongzheng (1723-1735) and Qianlong (1736-1795).
