Tasting note: Fine sweet nose of dried peaches, gentle aroma of caramel revealing a good concentration. Fairly reserved nose.
On the palette creamy soft yet focused start then giving way to broader mouthfeel. What an impressive power on the mid before the refined high acidity and typical Sercial aroma’s take over leading to impressive lingering aftertaste. All in symphony. Strong Sercial of the highest quality with a more subtle creamy textured mid. Last tasted October 2020. Edwin Vos
