此瓶青花發色淡雅，四面紋飾主題各異，相當難得。一般較常見繪赤壁賦例子，如上海博物館藏一例，著錄於《上海博物館藏康熙瓷圖錄》，香港，1998年，頁42及43；一件Julia Curtis著，《Chinese Porcelains of the Seventeenth Century》，紐約，1995年，圖26；英國Butler家族收藏三件，其中之二署康熙年款，著錄於Sir Michael Butler著「Chinese Porcelain at the Beginning of Qing」, 《Transactions of the Oriental Ceramic Society》，1984-1985年號，倫敦，圖版38-40號。
