Provenance: Charles B. Foote, 1846-1925 (bookplate, his sale Bangs and Co, 30 January 1895, lot 199, sold to:) - Beverly Chew, 1850-1924 (morocco label; sold en bloc in October 1912 to:) - Henry E.
