Featuring an additional 24-hour hand, the watch utilized a rotating 24-hour bezel which could be set and aligned with the 24-hour hand to show one's selected 'home' time. With this ingenious yet simple invention, this revolutionary wristwatch became a necessary tool for pilots and the future of air travel.
