This female figure is depicted wearing the typical nuragic clothing, whose typical elements consisted in a long tight-fitting tunic, often with pleated sections at the bottom and a cape over the shoulders which is embellished with spirals. She wears a pointed hat made of vegetable fibres (indicated by the incised lines) and her hair is arranged in four long braids falling over the chest. She is shown raising the right had in sign of greeting and holding a bowl in the left hand.
For other examples of female figures, see A. Demontis, Il Popolo di Bronzo, Cagliari, 2005, pp. 142-175, in particular no. 60 for a similar pointed hat (previously described by Thimme as a 'praying priest' in Kunst und Kultur Sardiniens vom Neolithikum bis zum Ende der Nuraghenzeit, no. 133).
