With rebrowned swamped octagonal sighted barrel signed 'CLARK - HOLBORN - LONDON' and engraved with a band of foliage at the breech, gold-lined touch-hole, tang engraved with a trophy and foliage within double border lines, flat bevelled detented bolted lock signed 'CLARK', engraved with a sunburst and with stepped tail, gold-lined semi-rainproof pan and roller, figured walnut full stock with chequered butt, set trigger, engraved iron mounts including trigger-guard retaining some original blued finish, and later horn-tipped ramrod, London proof marks
