Contemporary calf, covers speckled with a stencil in an interlace border pattern, gilt spine, with gilt-lettered red morocoo label, edges speckled blue-green (top and base of spine slightly chipped, board corners lightly rubbed). Provenance: Initials "W.W.T." at base of titlepage -- nineteenth-century signature "Hankey" on upper corner of title -- unidentified monogram bookplate -- H. Harvey Frost (bookplate) -- purchased from Ximenes, New York, 6 May 1970. Exhibited: Grolier Club, 'This powerfull rime,' 1975, no. 38.
