engraving, 1518, on laid paper, watermark Bull's Head, a fine impression of the first state (of three), trimmmed to the image, remargined circa 1 mm. all round, the borderline made up with pen and ink, two repaired tears at the centre, a small skilfully repaired hole in Esther's left cheek, some pale foxing, other minor restorations
