Christie’s continues to champion the very best from the world of wine as we are proud to bring to auction, for the first time in Hong Kong, an unparalleled selection of South African ‘Grand Crus’. The collection of rare vintage wines, each of supreme quality, from the Cape has been shipped directly from the private cellars of each producer.

The sale also features notable favourites such as numerous classic vintages from Bordeaux, Burgundy from Domaine Jacques Prieur and the Hospices de Beaune.

In addition, we present a selection of bottles from Paris City Hall's famed 'perfect' wine cellar, including some of the best vintages from the past 40 years. In immaculate condition, much of the collection was obtained during former French President Jacques Chirac's term as mayor of the city from 1977-1995.
