This June, Post-War to Present Online will present an exciting selection of post-war and contemporary art as part of our London Summer Season, exploring the artistic growth from the second half of the 20th century right up to the artists of today.
Works by leading post-war masters Andy Warhol, Robert Rauschenberg, Marwan and David Hockney are joined by a strong selection of established contemporary, from the likes of George Condo, Albert Oehlen, Robert Nava, Yinka Shonibare and William Kentridge.
The sale also sheds light on female contemporary talents such Louise Giovanelli, Suzan Frecon, Lisa Brice, Katherine Bernhardt, Sylvie Fleury and Lydia Blakeley, showcasing a wide variety of voices in today’s contemporary art world.
Finally, coinciding with the recent exhibition of Gilbert & George titled DEATH HOPE LIFE FEAR, we are thrilled to offer one of Gilbert & George’s monumental artworks, entitled Brotherhood, completing an impressive offering of works dedicated to the post-war and contemporary period.
