This season, Christie’s is once again delighted to present The Pavilion Sale together with The Quek Kiok Lee Collection. Over 160 lots from the collection will be offered at accessible price points and will include groups of nicely carved jades, bamboo carvings and Ming and Qing ceramics.
A highlight of the sale is a rare pair of eighteenth century blue and white dragon covered jars with Jiajing marks. Selected as other star pieces, with exceptional provenance, are a large Ming Longquan celadon bowl and three beautifully potted Kangxi vases, including one mounted with gilt bronze handles.
