From January 14 to 28, 2026, Christie’s will present kreo: Icons of 21st-Century Design, an exhibition showcasing major pieces produced by Galerie kreo over the past three decades. Founded in 1999 by Clémence and Didier Krzentowski, now joined by their daughter Clara, the gallery has established itself as a true design laboratory—a space for experimentation where creators can explore freely and push the boundaries of their discipline.

Over time, Galerie kreo has given rise to works that have become central to the language of contemporary design, many of which have entered the permanent collections of international museums. The exhibition brings together a constellation of iconic pieces by Marc Newson, Hella Jongerius, Jasper Morrison, Konstantin Grcic, Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, Pierre Charpin and Edward Barber & Jay Osgerby, reflecting the evolution of design at the dawn of the 21st century.

With kreo: Icons of 21st-Century Design, Christie’s offers a moment of contemplation—celebrating a design born of freedom, research, and time.
