The rectangular dished top with three divisions and central carrying handle with ring-turned corner supports, above a mahogany-lined frieze drawer, on ring-turned tapering legs with ebonised mouldings, brass caps and castors, stamped on the underside 51, one side horizontal rail replaced

Although there is nothing to directly link this canterbury with the work of Gillows, it is very possible that it was supplied with the other furniture by Gillows for John Lloyd Wynne of Coed Coch.
