Painted in the manner of J.G. Höroldt with figures at discussion around tables and before an altar on a continuous terrace, birds, insects and a dragon in flight, the bearded mask-head spout and wishbone handle with shell-moulded thumbpiece enriched in gilt, the cover similarly decorated and with gilt ball finial (extensively restored), blue crossed swords mark, indistinct gilder's numeral's 17. to both pieces
