etching with engraving, circa 1749, from the set of fourteen in this edition, Hind's first state (of three), Robison's first state (of six), before the major re-work, a fine impression, from the First Edition, First through Third Issues, 1749-60, published by G. Bouchard, Rome, with margins, the usual central horizontal fold, a made-up loss at the upper left sheet corner, touched in with pen and black ink, a tiny hole at the upper right corner just within the platemark, discolouration in places in the margins, otherwise generally in good condition
