An Attic red-figure miniature lekythos
Mid 5th Century B.C.
With short rays around the base of plain neck and swirling palmettes around the shoulder, the body with reserved line above and below scene: figure of Poseidon, standing in half profile position, the god wearing chiton and overmantle, in his outstretched left hand he holds a trident, (intact, some minor restoration to lip); and another miniature Attic red-figure lekythos, with plain neck, double row of rays around shoulder, its body with large lotus bloom between two enclosed palmettes, meander frieze above and below, (very minor repair and restoration to neck and foot, otherwise intact), mid 5th Century B.C.
