A Dutch Delft gilt-metal-mounted blue and white oviform ewer
Circa 1700, blue AK mark for Adriaan Koecks, the mount later
Alternately painted with vases of flowers and an Oriental with a fan among shrubs in a landscape within four oval panels on a diaper-pattern ground reserved with four medallions of dragon's heads, the shoulder with four circular panels each with a dancing Oriental boy below an ogival panel with a bird on a ground of flowerheads, the rim with a band of lappets and the loop handle with flowerheads among scrolls (glaze flaking to rim)
