The upper section formed as an obelisk reserved with flowers, foliage and various bands of ornament, standing on two paw feet resting on a flattened heart-shaped base, each side painted with a putto among flowers and foliage with exotic animal handles and with a flared foot, each section with octagonal flowerholders (slight glaze flaking)
