The slender 17th century blade with central fuller on each face of the forte stamped 'En Toledo', cup curving up to a triangular point at the front, embossed in relief with scrolling foliage inhabited by birds and involving cartouches framing masks and figures, long slender quillons and knuckle-guard, each spirally twisted and with button terminals, globular spirally fluted pommel, and wire-bound wooden grip
