The large vase of hu form moulded in high relief in archaic bronze style with lappet panels of phoenixes, confronted dragons and striding dragons, the outlines of which are unglazed and burnt brown in the firing, the ground covered by a deep tea-dust glaze, signed on the base in a large square reserve--15¾in. (40cm.) high
