"On the basis of his petition...we have declared that Captain Peter Chicherin of the Body Guard be granted for his service the villages of the late Fyodor and Mikhail Martem'yanov...which we have ordered to be sold....The Marten'yanov lands consist of six patrimonial and 124 households in Moscow, Klin, Orlov and Shatsky districts, in all 130 households...and...you are to receive half of the money from him and the other half...in February 1727..."
