A ZITAN AND BONE-INLAID DOUBLE SIXES GAME BOARD, SHUANGLUPAN
17TH CENTURY

The rectangular board inlaid in the center with three interlocking diamonds, the long sides inlaid with a row of dots flanking a crescent-shaped motif, liang, the four side railings each carved from a solid panel with an interlocking 'T'-fret pattern, bordered on the top and bottom with concave molding, the board set upon low feet, the dark wood forming an attractive contrast with the creamy-yellow inlay
