THREE IVORY INRO

The first carved on each side with a peach against a stained background imitating the texture of wood, the top with a dragon in clouds, the bottom with a wave pattern, interior cases in nashiji; fitted with a fluted ivory bead ojime; the second with five of the seven gods of good fortune carved in relief within recessed cartouches; fitted with an ivory ojime carved as three comical masks and an ivory netsuke modelled as a man holding a sake bottle; the third carved with a poet and two children, the reverse with an anchor on the beach and a woman wading in the tide with a child on her back; fitted with an ivory ojime carved a chrysanthemum and an ivory netsuke of a scholar--2 5/8, 3½, and 2 5/8in.
