Carved with ribbon-tied foliate borders, paterae and bellflowers, with a raised back above a drawer with an apron drawer below, flanked to either side by a cupboard door, one side fitted with a lead-lined cellarette drawer, on channelled square tapering legs terminating in spade feet, with a metallic label Waring & Gillow Ltd, Guaranteed Manufactured at their Liverpool Factory, by Appointment to the King, and stamped Waring & Gillow, L.pool 5096
