The slightly compressed globular body decorated with a border of confronted archaistic dragons reserved on a Indian lotus scroll ground repeated on the cover in ruyi-shaped panels interlocking with reticulated panels in gilt bronze of scrolling clouds and bats, the rim and shoulder further embellished with gilt-bronze lotus lapets, the short cabriole legs issuing from monster masks, the arched handles with open rectangular panels
