A small silver-mounted kakiemon-style ewer
Late 17th Century, the silver 18th Century
The oviform body decorated in underglaze-blue and enamelled in green, blue, iron-red and black with shaped panels enclosing flowers, divided by karakusa scrolls, the slightly tapering neck terminating in a cup-shaped mouth with pinched spout (slight flaking to the enamels)
