The frosted gilt chain fusee movement with pierced and engraved cock, diamond endstone, white metal non ferrous three armed YZ balance with compensation screws, free sprung blued steel helical spiral, jewelled to the third with screwed chatons, Arnold spring detent escapement, with jewelled locking stone, the detent set in the top plate, dust shroud to the winding square, the (later) white enamel dial with Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds and gold spade hands, in (later) engine-turned silver consular case, with two tier wooden observation box, movement signed and numbered
