With the arms of England in colored enamels and gilt as borne by the Kings of England between 1714 and 1801, enclosed by the Order of the Garter and with the helm, crest and supporters of the Prince of Wales for George, later Prince Regent and King George IV, all within underglaze blue borders of spearhead and diaper pattern
