A PAIR OF CREAM AND GREEN-PAINTED BERGERES

Each with scrolled toprail above a rectangular chanelled back and sides, covered in pink and green-striped silk, embroidered with foliate sprays and leaves, the part-padded arms with fluted ends headed by paterae, above fluted and patera-headed knopped fluted circular tapering legs, with tapering backswept rear legs, later blocks, redecorated, one side-rail replaced (2)
