Persian manuscript on buff paper, 90ff. with 22ll. of black nasta'liq arranged in four columns between gold rules, headings in blue and gold, orange and gold outer rules, opening illuminated folio, final folio with colophon signed Muhsin Ma'ad al-Husaini and dated 980, water staining and slight restoration, with one full page miniature depicting the temptation of Yusuf in the chamber of love, slight repainting, in brown morocco binding with stamped medallion and spandrels
