Taisho Period (Early 20th Century), Gilt Mark Satsuma Yaki Satsuma Koku Ijuin Kessen, and with Kao, Blue Enamel Shimazu Crest
Painted in polychrome enamels and gilt over a clear crackled glaze with peonies and chrysanthemums on bamboo trellises, a fence, a stream, and flowers and bamboo in a rocky crevice, the shoulder and foot enameled with a band of lappets
