INSCRIBED AND SIGNED BY GORDON COOPER at the bottom center with: "The 22 orbits for Faith 7 Gordon Cooper." He has added the date and time of his launch at the Cape Canaveral area and "Splashdown at 22-1, 16 May 63" at the splashdown bull's eye just northeast of Midway Island in the Pacific.
