BY CSD/MSC (Crew Systems Division/Manned Spacecraft Center) P/N (Part Number) SEB 40100166-210, DATE OF MFG. JAN 68, S/N (Serial Number) 010. The unit was part of crew emergency water landing survival equipment and was one of two string-pull inflatable devices placed under each arm of a spacesuited astronaut.
