With deep, rounded sides rising to a slightly flared rim, finely painted in shades of iron-red on the sides with a continuous band of lotus blossom borne on dense, delicately drawn, leafy scroll, the centers of the flowerheads picked out in gilt, the interior and base covered in a mottled turquoise glaze--4¼in.
