Circular, on three ball and claw feet, the hand-hammered surface applied with a fully-modelled copper and silver crab, a shell amid engraved sea-grasses, and a snail on an etched leafy branch, the incurved rim chased with a band of oriental foliage, the interior gilt, the hammered serving spoon and fork with gilt bowls, the handles applied with silver and copper crab on a cattail, marked under base and on stems
The bowl 8in. diameter, the servers 9in. long; gross weight 32oz.
