The rectangular top with a pierced gallery and a mottled white marble top and above three frieze drawers over a roll-top enclosing six compartments over faux-drawers and four false drawers in recess, above a leather-inset writing surface, the sides with writing slides, the base with a central frieze drawer over an arched kneehole flanked by a pair of drawers, one faced as two drawers and enclosing a coffre forte, on stop-fluted tapering legs with toupie feet
