The dentilled cornice and fluted frieze above a pair of panelled glazed doors enclosing four shelves, the back wall lined with pink watered-silk, over a green gilt-tooled leather-inset writing surface and three long graduated drawers, on bracket feet, the base inscribed 332/3, the top and base sections each bearing an old paper label inscribed Miss/T.B./Jeffries/No. 1 and Miss/T.B./Jeffries/No. 2
