The hull of the model is built up in wood with black topsides, red bottom and a white waterline. The decks are of a mahogany veneer with the planking scored in place. The main deck structures are built up of wood and paper and are painted white. These include the bridge, cabin structures, skylights, and other deck structures. Other details on the model include: anchors, masts, ventilators, search lights, binnacle, life boats on davits, four funnels painted in Cunard Lines livery, docking bridge, bollards, and numerous other details. The model is mounted on a mahogany board with mahogany pedestals.
