built by W. Stewart with brazed superheated copper boiler with fittings including twin water gauges, pressure gauge, dummy vacuum gauge, safety, blower, whistle, injector, clack and blowdown valves; chassis details include twin outside cylinders, Walschaert's valve gear, cylinder head pressure relief valves, cab controlled draincocks, fluted connecting and radius rods, twin mechanical lubricators, eccentric- driven feed pump and by-pass, injector, brake gear, whistle, boiler washout plugs, riveting, steps, hand and lamp irons and other details including roller bearings; tender details include hand operated brake gear, water cock, dummy tool boxes, riveting, hand feed pump, firing iron rack, roller bearings, steps, hand and lamp irons and ladder, finished in BR livery and lining -- 14½ x 74½in. Lots will be available for collection following transfer to Cadogan Tate from the Monday following the sale and every week-day from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE TO PURCHASERS WHO COLLECT THEIR LOTS WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THE SALE.

On the Friday one week after the sale, a transfer and administration charge of £17.50 per lot will be payable and a storage charge of £3.00 per lot per day will then come into effect. These charges are payable to Cadogan Tate and are subject to VAT and an insurance surcharge.
