(99cm. by 66cm.), entitled '1899 Boer War 1901/for Queen, King & Empire', VRI and ERI cyphers and Prince of Wales's plume at top, the poster comprising an arrangement of 22 Grenades, Scrolls, etc., each representing a unit of South African Irregular or Colonial troops and minutely inscribed with the nominal roll of the regiment. Units listed are: Staff Colonial Forces, Driscoll's Scouts, Kaffrarian Rifles, Scottish Horse, 1st Imperial Light Horse, Kimberley Mounted Corps, 2nd Imperial Light Horse, Protectorate Regiment, French's Scouts, Eastern Province Horse, Cape Colony Cyclist Corps, Ross's Guns, Prince of Wales' Light Horse, 1st Brabant's Horse, 2nd Brabant's Horse, Commander-in-Chief's Bodyguard, Cape Medical Staff Corps, Kitchener's Horse, Cape Mounted Rifles, Cape Police, I.Y.
