A sword, generally of Royal Navy style, with 31½ in. (80 cm.) slightly curved fullered blade, etched with foliate decoration, Fouled Anchor, Trophy of Arms, Galleon and National Arms generally as for post-1900 Arms of Ecuador, with Condor crest, gilt-brass guard, bearing national Arms as on blade, with hinged flap and ivory grip (grip-wire slightly loose), in a black leather scabbard with gilt mounts as for RN
