Good 33in. (84cm) slightly-curved fullered blade etched with foliate decoration, Imperial Crown and Anchor and Warship of pre-Dreadnought design, gilded white metal guard with cast oakleaf ornamentation and two folding flaps, the larger one also bearing the crowned Anchor, lion's-head pommel with red and green eyes, cord sword-knot with worked silver tassel, black leather scabbard with gilded white metal mounts.
