The arched rectangular plate within a lappeted border headed by capitals and a pierced scrolling foliate frame flanked by putti and dragons to the top, the cresting with further pierced scrolling foliage entwined around a broken swan neck cornice, above an apron with central urn flanked by pierced C-scrolls and further flanked by a bird on a plinth to each side, some small replacements and refreshments to the gilding
