Rising from a low ring-foot with gently rounded walls to the wide rim, inlaid in white and black slip, the centre with a flowerhead within a band of overlapping stylised leaves and willows, foliage and ducks by a stream, a band of geometric design beneath the rim, the reverse with a band of scrolling foliage and four circular panels containing a spray of a flower above another band of stylised leaves, covered by a greyish green celadon glaze
