The putto with one arm outstretched and with drapery across his back and standing on a rectangular rockwork base with scallop-shells to each corner, on wooden castors, distressed, losses and repairs to fingers, the base 19th Century, with remnants of blue paint, lacking console top

Giacomo Le Court created a similar putto in stone, entitled L'Inverno, in the Palazzo Rezzonico, Venice (C. Semenzato, La scultura veneta del settecento, Venice, 1966, plate 19).
